Graze - grazing platters are handmade charcuterie boards designed and carved by Edwin Pointer in BC's beautiful Okanagan Valley. A welder by trade, Edwin was interested in woodwork and was inspired to create a unique grazing platter for entertaining family and friends. Edwin's platters are truly works of art that love being the center of attention on kitchen islands, dining room and patio tables. They look great dressed with seasonal decor, loaded with cheese, olives & tapenades, or simply naked--the wood grains of each individual piece speak for themselves. Each board is unique and takes on a shape of its' own. Edwin strives to showcase the natural qualities of each board to create a centerpiece that will last a life time.
